Question hello,i would like to ask if anybody out there no's what cyclists eat? and what do weightlifter eat? ide like to no that to.
taaa zx
Answer Hi Becky,
Smart bodybuilders and cyclist eat good quality whole foods, high in complex carbohydrates, lean meats, fish, etc. Basically a quality healthy diet that would work for virtually anyone.
Unfortunately many cyclists and some bodybuilders eat the garbage that is fast food etc like the typical diet and think they can "exercise it off". It doesn't work that way.
Smart people, bodybuilders or not body builders will try to eat good quality foods, not processed foods and fast foods.
A quote I heard recently makes good sense. "If it wasn't a food 100 years ago, you shouldn't consider it a food today"
The babies and children are getting kidney stones at an alarmingly high rate and the culprit appears to be the amount of sodium used in the processed food that is being fed to them.
Remember the old adage an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Well I think now days it would probably take 3 apples to help get rid of all the toxins we shove down out throats and assault our digestive system with.
