Experience I have worked in health and or fitness related capacities for over 30 years. My main profession is that of a Medical Technologist, but I also have training as a Corpsman with the US Navy, a Field Medic with the Army National Guard,and am certified as A Personal Trainer, Medical Exer-therapist and Aerobics Instructor through the National Academy for Health and Fitness. My wife and I have operated BMG Services Fitness and Nutrition in Moultrie Georgia since 1995. I also have an Associates Degree in Computer Robotics. I am an avid bicycle rider, mostly road riding with the occasional
mountain trail or off road "experience". My wife and I usually do a charity ride at least once per year to help those less fortunate.

Question hi...
i'm 19 yrs. old..... and 5'8.5 inchs tall my father's height is 5'5 , i wanna grow little more taller coz my brother who is 1 yr. elder than me is 6'1.5 inches tall......... plz suggest me????
i want to know whether chin ups and pull ups can increase my height or not ??
also suggest other exercises which helps in increasing my height???

Chin ups and pull ups are great exercises, I doubt that hey will do much for increasing height. Height is mostly controlled by genetics. My older brother is 6'0 I am 5'9. My son's are 6'3, 6'1 and 5'6 it depends on which genes you receive from your parents.
There are a bunch of sites on the Internet that claim that they have exercises or supplements that help you grow taller. Personally I don't believe most of that hype, but I don't have any proof against it or for it. If you are really interested in getting taller then you might try a search for height increasing exercises or something like that. I have heard that Inversion exercise are great for that, and antigravity boots, but I have no experience that would verify that.
