Question i have really flabby fat arms and i was just wondering what type of weight lifting exercises can reduce the fat and my arms

Any kind of movement with high reps, and light weights, done daily, with dumbbells and/or a barbell, will tighten up your arms and reduce the fat in your arms. This will also reduce the fat all over your body.
Just remember to do light reps. You want to increase your metabolism, not build mass.
