Question
i'm having trouble losing bodyfat and i can tell you that its my diet. i'm 25 and i workout 5 days a week to basically get a six pack, and i can feel the muscle under the fat, but how do i "cut" the fat? it seems like i'm thickining instead of toning, any advise?

Answer
Hi Brian,

This is actually pretty common. People will exercise, thinking that will do it all,  and while it is important a combination of healthy living and good nutrition with exercise is the only way to really get a great body.

Check out the following reports and sites www.bmgfitness.com/abs this free report will give you lots of good information on exercise and nutrition. If you want to go more in depth then you may want to check out Mike Gearys's program at http://tinyurl.com/m88fy6

You most likely are doing just what you feel "thickening" he abs.

Take a look at these reports and I am sure you will get the answers you desire.

Hope this helps

Have a great day
