Weightlifting & Exercise - This stubborn belly fat

Question
Dear Expert,

I am 19 years old, I work out regularly, and do some moderate cardio work as well. I eat very healthy, high protein, High Fiber, very low saturated fats, if any. I have been following this for over 2 months now. I have been following the abs diet power foods guidelines, and I have a great 8 pack, but the bottom row, that could make it into an amazing 10 pack, is just this 1 1/4" of fat, that no matter how much I eat right, and supplement and work out will not go away.

Can you give me any advice? It's ruining my love life, my social life, and I have been through two inpatient health programs for mental illness related to anxiety and depression over mainly my self image.

Is there a way to just strip away that gut?

Answer
Hi

1st of all send me a list of what you eat each day and also at what time you eat etc?

And also send me a list of the exercises that you do for your gut, I need to look at what you eat and do as exercises to help sort the problem out for you.

Just send them back too me on here

Thanks

Richard
