Experience I am the owner of the Completely Fit personal training company located in Mt. Airy, Maryland. Question im 20 yrs old but i look 17 im small not skinny but small..and i work out almost all the time like 3 times a wk and i weigh 130 lbs and i wanna get atleast 150 lbs but it seems like its gonna take 4ever!!!!!!! im slightly built but i need more i mean i like my body but i want MORE oh yeah i think im also a "hard gainer" i have a HIGH metabolism and i want heeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!!!!! please thanks...
Answer Hi Josh I admire your dedication keep up the hard work. Start with your diet first. You should be taken in about 3500 calories a day. Make sure you have a good combination of protein, veggies and whole grain carbs. I am not allowed to give you the exact amount of protein grams you should have, but do some research, that will be the nutrient you really need to get in the correct proportions.
As far as your lifting goes mix it up get some really heavy lifting days in and do some plyometrics here and there.
