Question please what is the the quick and best way to build only my chest muscles because each time i finish the gench program,my arms get pumped but my chest is just a little and even after a short while it comes down.
Answer Hi Alex, first there isn't a quick way to build any muscle in the body. Muscle building is something that takes time. Next, you can not just isolate down one muscle, your body works together as a unit to perform the movement.
Try different chest exercises and compare them to see which exercise gives you the most emphasis on your chest. Try things such as:
Pushups, wide grip barbell presses, incline presses, decline presses, chest flys and use both a barbell and dumbbells.
