My name is Andy. My question is, I get sick after I exercise, especially after I lift weights. I am somewhat atheletic, play sports, 6'3 210. After i lift about 20 -30 min or 2 sets I get sick. First my eye gets red, i develop a rash on my arms, stomach, chest neck etc. I have severe pains in my stomach leading to needing to go to the bathroom. I also generally feel like crap. Sometimes my face swells up and I develop hives. There are varying intensities of this. Have you ever heard of anything like this? Am I alergic to exercise? Any help would be appreciated.
Answer Andy,
A) I have never heard of this
B) You need to go get evaluated by a medical professional! This is not something that you ask around on the internet about.
What is the intensity of your workouts like? What takes place in your 20-30min. training day?
