Weightlifting & Exercise - weightlifting twice a day

Question
Hi. I have switched from split body workouts to full body workouts to change things up a bit. I'm following a routine I found on T-Nation,and every workout is supposed to consist of different sets, rep ranges, etc. Todays workout was supposed to be 4 sets of 5 reps, for about 8 exercises. I made it through half of it and it took me a little more than an hour and I quit because my energy was gone. I thought I'd do the second half of the workout in the afternoon, and then follow up with some cardio. I take every second day off. Is this too much?? Or should I go for it?? Should I increase my carb intake for that??

Answer
Hello,

Could you send me that workout routine to me so i cam have a look at it etc.

In response to your question, i will answer more once i see your routine, howevere the lack of energy means you need to fuel up a few hours before you workout, being careful that you don't over eat etc.

All will become clear once i see your workout

Thanks

Richard
