Question
I have been working out at the gym for 10 weeks now.I wanted to loose 20# and firm up.I dont care how much I weigh I just thought it might take 20#.Im doing everything Im being told to do and feel ok with my results except my thighs are still saggy an have dimples (for lack of better word).I have lost 17# and 2".I change my rutine.does it just take more time to firm up please help

Hi Angela, thanks for your question!

The only options we have as human beings is to gain or lose muscle, and/or gain or lose fat. Really, there is no such thing as "firming up." So the goal is to gain muscle and/or lose fat. The more muscle you have, the leaner you'll be, the tighter your skin will be, etc. In order to gain muscle, you need to work hard on a well-constructed resistance training program, doing the various exercises in correct form. Are you willing to do this?
