Question
Hi, I'm surya.
My local gym centre timings are 5am to 8am only.
I will go to my office at 3pm everyday and by the time, i reach my office it will be 3am.
So can if come to my home by 3am, can i have sleep for 2 hrs and go to gym by 5pm and will be back to bed again by 6:30am and continue my remaining sleep? Will that good for my health as i'm not having continous 6/7 hrs of sleep?

Answer
Hi Surya,

It is always best to get 6-7 or even 8-9 hours of continuos sleep, however it is also better to get some than none, and lifestyle doesn't always fit with what is best. My advice is to work it out the best you can and don't fret too much.

Sometimes you just have to do what you can do, and you have to make adjustments.

Hope this helps

Have a great day

Jerry
