Weightlifting & Exercise - bicept injury

Question
hello, i self diagnosed incept tendonitis on the bottom-front part of the incept. Naturally, i stopped weight lifting for a month before i picked up the weights again. i now lift every body part except bi's and back (since they trigger sharp pain in the effected area) 4 days a week and cardio 2 days. Its now been 7 months since this trouble occurred and I'm still feeling discomfort while exercising biceps related movements. I'm afraid this is something more serious. What advise would you recommend?

Answer
Josue,

The best advice I can give you is that you need to go to the doctor - especially if it is not getting better and if you "think" it is something more serious.  Questions about injuries like this are not best addressed via the internet.  Find a qualified medical professional to assess you in person.
