I researching ways to tighten my tummy (I realise you cant spot diet) the bicycle exercise come up a lot.
To me its quite tiring. Would a recumvbant bike work as well with an added cardio impact? What about using one of those floor peddle thingies? Thanks!

Hello Sue the best way to work the stomach is through your diet.  You must get rid of the layer of fat before you can really see any results with the belly.  To really tone the muscles of the belly and really the whole body I like to use a combination of metabolic and core workouts.  Take a look at these links to help you out.
