Weightlifting & Exercise/low stamina

I am 21 years old, my weight is 72 kg but still I am so weak. I don't have enough stamina to perform  a single pushup. After one week there is my test & I had to perform nearly 35 pushups in just one minute...... Please help me. Teach me the simplest form of push up. I can do wall and knee push up but I cannot do a single floor pushup!

Hello Ali the best way to build up your strength and endurance for pushups is to start by doing elevated or assisted pushups.  You can use bands to assist or go elevated off of a bench and gradually go lower as you can do more reps.

The other thing that will help is to do negative pushups.  With this exercise you just work on the lowering phase of the exercise and get back up any way you want.  The lowering should take 5 seconds or more.

Good luck!
