Question
I am trying to come up with a normal exercise routine I can do indoors without special equipment but don't know what would be well rounded enough. I can think of some simple motions I'd like to incorporate but don't know what to call them and thus where to  find images online of it so I always have reference to how to do each thing. Any ideas?

I know there is a program called the 7-Minute workout that is very popular among people with limited time and equipment.

You may want to try that, seems like a good starter program.
