Hello Goodday.

My name is Emmanuel and I will like to ask a few questions

I am a very lean guy,19yrs of age, weighs 63 and very tall ...I have this protruding belly at my waistline...I dont drink ...and I wanna know how to get rid of it..from my chest downwards is very flat...but my lower abdominals(waistline) is protruding

Hi Emmanuel !! My apologies for the delay in responding. For some reason the questions weren't being sent to my email.

By 63, I'm going to guess you are referring to kilos which is quite thin if you are anything over about 5 feet 6 inches (sorry, I don't know the metric equivalent)

It sounds like it's not so much a "protruding" belly but it looks like that because the rest of you is so thin and your body isn't balanced from a muscular stand point. It could also be something structural like a muscle imbalance causing posture issues. It's difficult to tell without seeing a picture.

If you want to send a pic or give me a little more detail about your eating and/or workout, I will be happy to try to give you a better answer
