Question
I am 19 years old. Weight is 92 kg and height 170 cm.

I exercise for 1 and half hour every day. How much protein shall i consume from protein powder for building muscles?

Hey,

If you're getting 3 solid meals a day with a good source of protein then you should take whey protein 3 times a day in between and after those meals. For example:

Breakfast
Shake
Lunch
Shake
Dinner
*Train*
Shake
