Answer The most effective way to build muscle mass is to do high intensity weight training. By "high intensity" I mean heavy weights done for many (4-6) sets for a relatively low (about 8) number of reps.
I wouldn't waste your money on supplements. Everything you need to build muscle is found in real foods like milk, tuna, beef, eggs.
