Question
HEllo,
My names Amanda, i'm obviously a female, i'm 15 years old, 5'3", and 105 lbs. I don't take any medication, except some Vitamin E pills, I have no injuries and no diseases. All right, now that that's over, I would like to know if you knew how to make your arms toned, but not bulky, you know, something a girl can wear sleeveless things with. Also, I was wondering if you and any lower ab and inner thigh workout/exercise routines I could work with. Thanks for the time.

Answer
tone is simply residual tension in the muscle, bulk is a whole complex of conditions, uless you plan on takeing male hormones and steroids, you don't have to worry about bulking up. tone can be acheived fairly quickly with a high tension low volume exercise protocal. I happen to have the perfect low ab/inner thigh exercise, it's called the "sumo deadlift".

here is a good workout done twice a week...
monday=thursday...
sumo deadlift, 9x3
overhead press off rack, 9x3
chinups 1x max reps
situps lying flat on a bench, 3x9

also some aerobic exercise done 2-3 times a week for at least 30 minutes is very good. you might want to take a multiple vitamin/mineral instead of just takeing the E, get a balanced dose of nutrients.
