Question About 4 years i lost over 120 pounds, all the while i was lifting
and doing cardio hardcore with my personal trainer. 4 years
later i still have some loose skin on my lower chest(boobies) and
on my lower tummy. Im still with my trainer now, work out
ALOT(lifting/ cardio), eat really well, am losing weight and am in
great shape, but i cant get rid of it! please help out, thanks
