Weightlifting & Exercise - Male breast

Expert: Richard Edmondson - 7/6/2004

Question
Mr Edmondson,
I suffer with male breast. I am 6ft and about 197lbs. What exercise and nutritional advice would you reccommend for buliding up my chest or natural breast reduction.
Thank you,
Cornell Jones

Answer
Hi

I would join a local gym and do bench presses, pec flyes as the main exercises for your chest.

These exercises firm and tone up your chwst and will remove the fat parts.

Nutrition wise, cut down on your fats and eat fruit instead of chocolate.

Cut choclate, fried foods down to a minimum and start eating fruit and veg and good fresh meat.

Also look at eating brown types of breads, rices and pastas

Cut caffeine,alcohol down.

You can also go to www.weightwatchers.com and take some tips on nutrition and exercises yo can do which will help

Hope that helps
