Question
I have 6  months to improve my push ups for bootcamp.
My max right now is at 26. Any Tips to bring up my max to 65+ would be very helpful. I wiegh 181, bench 165. is my wieght the biggest factor keeping me from doing push ups well?

I was in the 101st airbourne division, infantry,
airbourne-air assault,did my basic training at Ft. Bening,
my best advice for you is to RUN. 5-10 miles a day,
do pullups and pushups and situps, superset them, do them in sets of 10 each, and do AS MANY SETS AS POSSIBLE. do them before AND after your running. when you get off that bus, you'd BETTER push more than 26 .....
