Question I have a tummy trimmer, but before I wear it, I need to ask a question.
Its 89% nylon and 11% spandex. Can wearing something like this all the time make your own muscles lax.
What are the pros and cons?
Any info would be appreciated.
Answer It is possible that any type of compression to the abdomen will replace or reduce the amount of muscular effort of the lower back and abdominal muscles in resisting gravity and keeping th torso and spine erect. Thus, those muscels could weaken. I don't think that the trimmer is necessary and will do nothing toa ctually reduce fat or lose weight in the area.
