Question
Hi, my name is Kiarra and in September, I will be a senior in high school. I've been wanting to chang emy apperance for a long time now, and i figure that my senior year in high school would be a perfect time. On my quest to a new apperance, i would like lose somewhere between 25 and 40 lbs. I would like to know if you could suggest a work-out plan that will work for me?

Kiarra - There are many different kinds of exercise you could do, so it's hard to map out a specific plan. The key thing for you to concentrate on is to burn as many calories as possible. Running, cycling, things like that burn off the most calories.

Try to find an activity that you'll enjoy doing. That will make it easier going.
