Weightlifting & Exercise - abs

Expert: Brian - 7/18/2006

Question
"My name is Ali, im a 19 year old male. Ive been doing 60 situps a day for 25
days. I need six pack abs how much i do for that. i m 5 8 and 64 kg my waist is
about 33 inchs"

Answer
Ali - It takes time. You basically have to minimize or eliminate bodyfat from your abdomnial area, which is very hard to do. No one can tell you how long it will take.

You should be (and, I apologize if you already are) doing more exercise than 60 situps each day. I mean, you should be doing some other form(s) of exercise as well.
