Question
there is so much fat in my abs how i reduse the fat
is that sit ups help me for this if yes so how much

Answer
the best way to reduce fat (no matter where it appears) is to do cardio training. the reason for this is that cardio exercises burn the most calories. burning calories is the thing that is need for weight loss.

sit ups will strengthen the abdominal muscles, but will do nothing to speed the weight loss.
