i do abs at home monday wednesday and friday
This is better because you are focusing on less muscle groups each workout -- which means you can and should be working them harder as a result. Each day do 4 exercises for the targeted group, for 4 sets of 8 reps.

Answer Hi Nick. If you are asking, what specific exercises you should do, the answer is, that there are a lot to choose from. And you'll get similar results from most all of them. The key thing is doing a lot of sets, as I suggested before (4 exercises per muscle group, for 4 sets each).
