what are good workouts for each main muscle groups that would help the most to gain more muscle

I'm a male, 16  I've been lifting for two years desperately need a new full body workout i workout these musle groups on this days
monday: chest, arms(bicept tricept)
tuesday:Shoulders,back
Thursday:Legs
Friday: Max out on body workout
i do abs at home monday wednesday and friday

How about this:

Mon -chest
Tue -back
Wed -legs
Thu -shoulders
Fri -bicep & tricep

This is better because you are focusing on less muscle groups each workout -- which means you can and should be working them harder as a result. Each day do 4 exercises for the targeted group, for 4 sets of 8 reps.

Hi Nick. If you are asking, what specific exercises you should do, the answer is, that there are a lot to choose from. And you'll get similar results from most all of them. The key thing is doing a lot of sets, as I suggested before (4 exercises per muscle group, for 4 sets each).
