tuesday:Shoulders,back
Thursday:Legs
Friday: Max out on body workout
i do abs at home monday wednesday and friday
This is better because you are focusing on less muscle groups each workout -- which means you can and should be working them harder as a result. Each day do 4 exercises for the targeted group, for 4 sets of 8 reps.
