Question 14 male and ive lifted in da pass but weight set broke and my family is in a slump with money and i live in da country with no gyms so how can i gain muscle with no weights
Answer Trevon - Unfortunately this is almost impossible to do. Unless you work at a job where you are lifting heavy objects.
You can do calesthenics (push-ups, situps, chin ups), but these won't gain you a lot of mass. It would be better than nothing, tho....
