Question I would like to get your advice on how to build muscle. I am quite skinny but i have a slight 6 pack and a alright sized chest, what i am trying to go for is a nice good looking figure.Im 16 years of age and need advice,i try and do crunches as much as possible but I dont think its doing much for me.

Answer Simon - To build muscle, you need to be on a weightlifting program. You need to have equipment of your own, or better yet, belong to a gym. I don't want to go into a whole weightlifting program in this reply, as I don't know what you have access to or what you are wanting to do. Let me know...
