Question
Hello Brian my name is Cleao and I have two questions for you one I am 26 years old I know I am not old but  I was wondering is it to late to start wieght training to bulk up at this age I use to work out when I was younger but stopped and decided now I want to get back into it so is it too late for me? My second question is how do I burn fat while trying to bulk up? is it possible? thank you for your time and I really hope you can help me!

Answer
Hi Cleao. Actually, it is at this age that adding weight is easier now than when you were younger. So, not only is it not too late, but now is really the perfect time.

You can burn fat while building muscle. One of the keys is to be very careful about what you eat. Foods high in protein will help.
