Question
Does back extension exercise by using back extension machine affects person's height?

Answer
Hi Faisal,

I would have to say not that much. That is that just doing back extensions are not going to increase your height. What they will do if done properly is to help with better posture and thehrefor make you appera slightly taller.

You may want to check out www.growing-taller.com and www.tobetaller.com I have glanced over their items and such. Personally I believe the height of the man is not as important as what is in his heart. I am continually reminded of men of small stuture who were Giants when it comes to history. Teddy Roosevelt was a small man but led thr Roughriders up San Juan Hill, and was one of the most colorful and straight shooting presidents that the US ever had.

I can go into a lot of men through history that their height made little difference Napoleon Bonaparte for one.

Have a great day

Hope this helps
