Answer
Hi

I am unsure what you can do to make your muscles stronger and harder rather than bigger so i can't help with that sorry.

can help on your nutrition though:

theirs soo much 2 say but i will break it down so you can easily follow it:

Remember the following rules with nutrition and exercise:

Eat 6 meals a day ( breakfast,snacks (including supper),lunch,tea,

Eat every 2-3 hours

Before a gym workout eat a carb, protein dish 90 mintues to 2 hours before a workout and then a carb drink an hour after the workout.

When eating always eat healthy foods.

Below is a list of foods you can eat

Brown breads,rice,pasta (whole grain),rice

Cut down on sugary sweets, cakes etc,

Limit coffee intake

Eat plenty of lean meat, chicken, steak etc

Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water.

I sugges you go to www.weightwathcers.com this site has advice on nutrition and exercise which will help.

Hope that  helps
