Question
my problem is that i want to start wightliffting but there is a problem. when i
was palying the cricket the ball (its not a ball that are using in international
cricket its a tennis ball ) with lot of force hits my testicals its heppend to
me not first time i want to know that can i start wightliffting or not ? cuz there some pain i m 19
years old and 5 7 and half inch tall and my wight is about 65 kg i want to
increase my hight is there is any exersice for that?

Answer
There is no exercise for increasing your height.

Any injury you suffered by getting "racked" with a tennis ball will not be effected by weightlifting. If it's very painful, go see your doctor (admittedly, it might be a bit embarrassing!).
