His counter-intuitive approach and self-effacing demeanor have lead to appearances on NBC's The TODAY Show and The CBS Early Show. Charles has worked with a myriad of high profile clients from Olympic and professional athlete's to business professionals and laymen in reaching their fitness goals. Currently, Charles competes in Olympic-style weightlifting on the master's circuit, with a goal of qualifying for the 2009 Master's World Championships in Sydney, Australia
