Experience
I have been surrounded by many experienced people in the fitness area. I also work out almost daily and try new things and have a wealth of knowledge about the subject. I also have a passion to learn more about fitness and nutrition.

I know many things that do work or do not work from previous experience or from a close friend's experience. I run my own fitness website with over 70 pages of content on the topic and 100's more to come.


Education/Credentials
High School Graduate, and currently attending college and obtaining a PHD.
