I can answer many questions involving exercising, supplement use, and equipment you should use. I also can give you a general work out routine for your particular goals.
I will give advice on healthy eating habits, tips on how to manage a proper diet, and to give a vast amount of advice on how to lose weight and gain lean muscle mass.

I have been surrounded by many experienced people in the fitness area. I also work out almost daily and try new things and have a wealth of knowledge about the subject. I also have a passion to learn more about fitness and nutrition.
