Question
i want to no how to train properly. with a routine telling me how many reps and what body part to do and when i should take any supplements and what should i eat.could you help me out ?

Answer
Supplements aren't necessary.

The best routine is one where you work on individual muscle groups at a time.

Day 1 - chest
Day 2 - back
Day 3 - legs
Day 4 - shoulders
Day 5 - triceps
Day 6 - biceps
Day 7 - rest

Each day you should do 4 different exercises for that day's muscle group, each exercise for 4 sets of 8 reps.
