Question
Hi, and thanks in advance for answering my question.  What, in your opinion are the best exercises for getting rid of love handles?  I'm 42 yrs old, 6'3", 225 lbs and just now beginning to exercise.  Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Answer

Hi Charles,

The love handles are probably the hardest thing to shed for men, that does not mean it is impossible though. Grab a copy of Abs to Die For by Georgette Pan, it is free by clicking here www.bmgfitness.com/abs

Get a copy of my ebook Why Diets Don't Work by clicking here www.bmgfitness.com/diets

And to help with the "sculpting" of your body I have a couple of ebooks that I have on special during January only

As far as the best ab exercises I really like the hanging exercises as they add another dimension to the development and I have found they work great, even if the diet isn't quite as good as I would like it.

Take a look at my site www.bmgfitness.com and click on the exercise library link then pick out exercise that you think might help.

Here is a link to a good men's workout http://www.bmgfitness.com/workout

Hope this helps

Have great day

If you need any further assistance please just ask, I will help if I can
