Question
Hello

My name is Luis,
I just wanted to know if you have any ideas of which exercises i could do to rip up and bulck up my shoulders the fastest way possible?

If so...Please describe the movements etc etc.

I thank you for your help!

Answer
Hi Luis. My favorite shoulder exercises are overhead press, behind the neck overhead press, "Arnold" presses (w/ dumbbells), and lateral raises.

Overhead press is done seated, with a barbell. You are essentially starting with the bar at about your collar bone and pressing straight overhead. Behind the neck is just what it says, same movement, starting behind your neck. "Arnold" presses" are like the overhead press with dumbbells, except that you start with your palms facing you. As you press up, you rotate so that by the top of the press, your palms are facing away from you. Lateral raises invlove having barbells at your side, raising your arms up at your side to about shoulder height.

There is no "fast" way to add muscle. It takes a long time and I encourage you to be patient.
