Question
hi i am 37 , female and have been lifting for 23 years.  i am noticing now that my shoulderas are getting very rounded. at my last massage the massuse told me she thought i was developing my back and not pecs  and something was pulling my shoulders foward.. what have i been slacking on ? chest? im into lots  of walking on treadmill while lifting very light weights. i have been doing 1 set until that muscle is exausted. lots of curls triceps , and shoulders . what would be causing this i usually had great posture. what do i need to strenghtem to get my shoulders strait again. If i look at the sideview in the mirror while doing pushups my back looks so round...aghhhh

Answer
Hi Kat. If your shoulder are rounding forward, one thing you can do is upper back exercises--especially rowing.

Another thing would be to talk with your doctor. Osteoporosis and loss of bone mass could cause something like what I think you're talking about.
