Question
My company is going to run 6'' air pipe. They want me to mig weld the pipe. Is this a good idea?

Answer
Hi, Right now I would say no, but that depends on a few things, What size 6" pipe? How much pressure will be applied to the pipeline? Are you going weld the pipe in position? or will you be able to roll it while you weld, to maintain a flat position? Is this steel pipe?Let me know these things and I'll be abled to say for sure. Thanks,
