CGA540 is not a part or certification number!  CGA fitting numbers are Compressed Gas Association standards, which are followed on all compressed gas apparatus in the USA.  If your regulator has a CGA540 inlet fitting, that same number should (will) appear on the tank valve. Yes, CGA540 is the standard fitting for 2100PSI Oxygen tanks.
