Answer While it's not my habit to respond to spam, I think this one is interesting nonetheless: Everyone slightly familiar with West Palm Beach or Florida in any way, shape, or form, knows that real estate is the "be all and end all" of that state. Dirty officials and legislators like Tony Masilotti are being discovered almost daily under every fallen tree and in every pond and lake right next to the gators and pythons.
The real estate market there is in such distress, that people are e-mailing real estate spam to anyone who may even appear to be interested, to try to find buyers. It was bound to happen: the wages are so low and the cost of living so high that only the affluent and retired can afford to comfortably live there - with new condos and gated communities being built constantly but with few able to afford the rising costs it looks as though the bubble may have finally burst. And that's not even addressing the potential for mammoth hurricanes and flooding or the gang warfare tormenting the working class.
