Question
i saw a western with my cousin in the 70's or very early 80's. a young women is held captive by natives her husband or brother tries to rescue her. while being held captive she and a native women become friends.the tribe decides to kill the young women they have a bag over her head she is walked over to a cliff and shot with an arrow.but it was not the young girl,the native women took her place allowing the young women time to escape.
i was a child when i saw it and i would like to see it again

Howdy- I am so sorry about the delay in getting to you!  I didn't check my "emails" for over a week (I am working on another book).
Can you tell me if you saw it in a theater as a first-run film or on TV?  That would help a bit, but, with so many movies which feature a captive white woman, I am afraid that I cannot promise success.  I will try my best to pin it down for you.
