Expert: Saad Shawwa - 9/17/2009

Question
How do I fix this problem? Windows is setup to start only after you hit "CTRL+ALT+DEL" I accidently deleted the admin account and it will not start in safe mode or I could fix it thar way. PLEASE HELP

Answer
Hello Ron how are you doing
well thats kinda tricky but try this first and i need more informations after that
when you turn on your computer keep pressing on F8 repeatedly
a windows 2000 advanced boot option menu will show up , choose "Last Known good configuration" from the menu and press enter and see if you can boot

now the informations that i want
how did you delete it ? because in windows an admin account must be present in the system so probably there are multiple accounts available when you deleted your admin account.

what was the admin account name that you deleted was it Administrator ?
