Question James
You have just given an excellent answer to a question which will save me investigating the system to make changes. I am a bit of a novice (although I did a clean install of W7 from Vista) and would like to ask you one more question. My previous question was on Windows Live Mail. As you know it has the rather ubiquitous Windows Messenger which I do not want to use. Could I get rid of it altogether to stop it popping up? Many thanks indeed. Graham
Answer Hi again Graham, and thanks for your comments.
You can do one of two things depending on your preference:
Stop it starting up (but keeping the program, better if you have any kids etc)
Remove it altogether (if you don't use it, you may as well get rid of it)
Which method do you want instructions for? Up to you!
James
