Folder option is not a virus , it is a functionality in windows environment where you can customize the folder views and settings and types and a lot more
do these steps to run folder option on windows 98
You should be able to do it by:
1) Click on Start
2) Click on Settings
3) then Click on Folder Options. View Tab, right at the top.
or
1.Open My Computer
2.Open the View menu
3.Select Folder Options.
