Question I recently bought a new computer running windows xp. My old system ran windows 95. Can I plug the old drive into the new system to get the files moved? Or, is there an easy way to move the files to the new system?
Answer Hi Niel, if you are comfortable working inside the computer, plugging it into the new computer as a slave drive is probably the best thing to do.
Otherwise, you can use a crossover cable to connect the two computers together. It may be a bit more difficult to do this as it will require some configuration.
