Question
Saw your answer to "SHOT" regarding 'Windows 95/98 - Lexar 1Gb jumpdrive recognized but cannot load drivers'
I downloaded and followed all instructions for installing the drivers BUT W98 doesn't recognize the drivers as existing and can't or won't load them.  Files are in C:\jdusb2 as required.
The computer is mission critical and we need to be able to transfer files from a WXP Pro system to it.

Answer
Hi Joel, is this Windows 98 or Windows 98SE? The first edition will probably have more problems. If you have Windows 98SE, you can check the Lexar website and see if the have a driver download for it.

If the files are critical, I recommend burning them to a CD instead. You can store around 700MB of data on average depending on what CD you are using.
