Question
QUESTION: Kevin
Apparently I used up all my "Followup Question" allowance, as I wasn't given that option after your last reply - so had to start anew.
Unfortunately, the link you gave me "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clearing-cookies-private-data-history-and-settings" is for Firefox for Android only - not my WIN98.

ANSWER: Hi Dave,

Sorry about that. Take a look at:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278835

Click on the link for Internet Explorer 6 to see the instructions on how to delete the cookies and history.

QUESTION: Explorer 6 is as far back as your link document goes. Wouldn't you know it - I have (thanks to your showing me earlier how to find this) - Explorer 4.72.3110.0. I believe this is as late a version as my WIN98 OS will support.

Answer
I'm not so sure about that version. It's way too far back. I could only remember IE6 myself and thought I did update to IE6 before in the past when I still had Win98.

Anyway, try to delete your cookies at:

C:\Windows\Cookies

Clear any files that are related to the website you are visiting (Yahoo Finance if I remember correctly). I don't know how to clear the history. If clearing the cookies didn't help, you can poke around the Internet Options to see if you can find it there.

Kevin.
